The Customer returns the parcel

Just Denim recognizes that it can sometimes be difficult to choose the correct items online, and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchasing experience. Our Refunds and Exchange Policy is all about making it simpler for you to return anything that's 'not quite right. We therefore encourage customers to contact our Customer Service team on                066 215 2315 for assistance.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

  • If you would like to cancel your order before delivery please call us (066 215 2315), as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, and it has been handed over to our courier partner we will only be able to initiate cancellation and a refund when the Items are back at our fulfillment warehouse.
  • In the event that we are unable to stop the delivery, do not accept the delivery, reject it, and inform the driver that you had asked for a cancellation.
  • If the delivery was accepted, you have the right to return it. Please read on for more information on returns.

RETURNS & EXCAHNGES

  • Should you change your mind...you have 7 days (working days), from the day you receive your delivery to return the item via courier.
  • We reserve the right to inspect the Item/s before we approve a return. The Items eligible for return must be in an unworn and/or unused condition, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Our Returns policy also applies to items purchased as a gift or delivered in error.
  • In case of a return: Log a return within 7 days (of delivery to you) via email to info@justdenim.co.za.  Please include your banking details for a refund, where applicable.
  • In the event that a refund is due to you, please note the refund process can take up to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
  • No refunds on sale items - only exchanges
  • All return courier fees are for the customer's account. Courier service and tracking number must be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Not what you ordered?

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us and we will arrange collection from you at no charge -  Once. Please ensure you give the correct address, and that someone is home to handover to the courier.
Once we have inspected the product and validated the return, we will deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or process a refund within 7  days of the return. Please clearly state your preference.
