Shipping policy

Just Denim thrives on customer satisfaction and we are quite methodical about how we get things done to achieve this…that being said, Just Denim practices a very holistic customer-centric approach, with the customer at the forefront of every decision. With that in mind, Just Denim has selected The Courier Guy as our preferred means of courier service which ensures your purchases arrive safely, securely, and promptly, EVERYTIME!

SA ORDERS

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all requests will be processed within 2- 3 business days.
Free standard delivery on orders of R950 or more. Outlying-area surcharges remain payable.
Exchanges will be charged a flat rate of R150 for collection and re-shipping.
Physical delivery address during working hours to be provided, as well as a contact number.
NO P.O. BOX DELIVERIES ACCEPTED.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please note shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Just Denim’s standard flat delivery rate is R85. On orders of R950 or more, only the standard delivery charge is waived; any applicable remote or outlying-area surcharge remains payable. This store rate is separate from the courier’s parcel tariffs below.

Orders of R950 or more qualify for free standard delivery only, excluding any applicable remote or outlying-area surcharge. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number, that enables you to track the status of your consignment online - full transparency all the way from our warehouse to your door.

Please note we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESS. All orders that are dispatched will require a signature upon receipt of the goods. Please allow 3–7 working days from the date you place your order for delivery, including order processing. We use The Courier Guy’s Pudo locker-to-door service for South African deliveries. The supplied Pudo tariff sheet, effective 1 September 2026, lists these locker-to-door courier prices: XS (60 × 17 × 8cm, maximum 2kg): R79; S (60 × 41 × 8cm, maximum 5kg): R89; M (60 × 41 × 19cm, maximum 10kg): R119; L (60 × 41 × 41cm, maximum 15kg): R176; XL (60 × 41 × 69cm, maximum 20kg): R239. The courier’s listed prices include VAT and exclude the monthly percentage fuel surcharge for door services. These courier tariffs do not mean that Just Denim charges VAT. Regional, rural, outlying or high-risk destinations may attract an additional surcharge, typically R50–R80 or more depending on the postcode. These are indicative courier tariffs, not a fixed quote for every order. Courier transit is generally 1–2 business days to main centres and 2–4 business days to regional and outlying areas, after dispatch; transit times exclude our order-processing time. Remote and outlying deliveries may take longer than the standard overall estimate. Do remember that specific times for delivery are not guaranteed, and delays may happen.

Please note we will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. If you are not in when our nominated courier tries to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange the collection. They may re-attempt to deliver your parcel again. We do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer.

If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbor, etc.) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Just Denim currently delivers only within South Africa. International delivery is not currently available.
