Shipping policy

Just Denim thrives on customer satisfaction and we are quite methodical about how we get things done to achieve this…that being said, Just Denim practices a very holistic customer-centric approach, with the customer at the forefront of every decision. With that in mind, Just Denim has selected The Courier Guy as our preferred means of courier service which ensures your purchases arrive safely, securely, and promptly, EVERYTIME!

SA ORDERS

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, all requests will be processed within 2- 3 business days.
Free shipping on local orders, R950, and more.
Exchanges will be charged a flat rate of R150 for collection and re-shipping.
Physical delivery address during working hours to be provided, as well as a contact number.
NO P.O. BOX DELIVERIES ACCEPTED.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please note shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full rand.

Your order may qualify for free shipping if your total order value exceeds R950 or more. Should you qualify, this option will appear when you need to choose the shipping option. The limitations of a parcel qualifying for free shipping are a minimum weight of 15kg and a maximum length of 2m. Terms and conditions apply. When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number, that enables you to track the status of your consignment online - full transparency all the way from our warehouse to your door.

Please note we DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX ADDRESS. All orders that are dispatched will require a signature upon receipt of the goods. Most orders, that is national orders, will be delivered within 24 - 48hrs. Please do however allow up to 3 - 7 working days, for your delivery. Do remember that specific times for delivery are not guaranteed, and delays may happen.

Please note we will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. If you are not in when our nominated courier tries to deliver your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to re-arrange the collection. They may re-attempt to deliver your parcel again. We do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer.

If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage neighbor, etc.) we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2- 3 business days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges or returns on international orders.
Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight, and your location. A quote can be provided.

Just Denim uses The Courier Guy to ship all international orders, (unless otherwise indicated). This can take anywhere from 8 - 21 business days depending on your location.

South Africa: 15%
Additional import duty charges may apply depending on the purchase amount.
Packages may not be delivered until any additional charges, as indicated above, are paid for in full.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF SOUTH AFRICA MAY BE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES DETERMINED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY, ORDER VALUE AND CONTENTS.
